Safety is always the highest priority for Hutchinson and our aviation partners, so we have developed a range of solutions that enhance protection against erosion, fire, ice, and other threats. Our innovations include the Safe Tank, a self-sealing custom retrofit for fuel tanks that helps prevent fires. We also engineer anti-erosion materials that can be bonded to the outer surface of blades to protect against erosion and impact damage. For advanced fire protection, our Zaltex panels, lightweight insulation covers, and durable burn-through materials enhance safety while minimizing thermal and acoustic bleed.
